St.Isidore Farm is 200 acres of pasture and forest near Yarker, Ontario. We have primarily raised for twenty years Lincoln Longwool sheep, famous for their lustrous fleece that is processed into beautiful products.
The farm is named after the patron saint of farmers and reflects our desire to be good custodians of the Earth given to us by the Creator.
We've had an exciting year working together as part of the Little Longwool Company, selling all manner of wool products.
Time to form a simpler business model.
Kate will focus on skirted, raw wool fleeces from the beautiful rare breed of Lincoln Longwool sheep raised on St. Isidore Farm. She can reached at this website and at 613-377-6302.

We thank you for your tremendous support and interest in Little Longwool Company over the past year. It has been much appreciated!
After several wonderful years of working with Rob Torr to raise Lynch Lineback cattle, we had to face the reality of needing to reduce our workload. Rob has graciously taken on the herd at his R & S Heritage Farm, also on Bethel Road, Stone Mills Township. We are very grateful for having raised these triple purpose cattle, known for consistent milk production, deliciously marbled meat, and oxen power.
On both farms, these endangered breeds are raised humanely and ethically in an ecologically sustainable manner through daily rotational grazing in pastures and access to hay – all organically certified.
